Salon Seven was designed to be a place guests not only want to sit in our chairs, but also create an environment stylists want to be a part of.
We believe in a healthy work / life balance by working only 3 or 4 days a week. We know burnout is real and we want you to have a long, sustaining career that you continue to enjoy year after year.
As a team member, you will be educated and encouraged throughout your time with us. And you will have fun while working! Be prepared to laugh a lot and enjoy coming to work. You are offered competitive pay with a range in commission from 45-60% on services and 10% on retail.
The foundation
At ‘The Foundation’ level, the stylist is observing, assisting, and beginning technical education. While progressing and leveling up, the stylist is also gaining consistency, managing a small book and improving timing.
Experience level is 0-18 months.
Assistant/training stylists earn 45% commission and the Emerging stylist will earn 50% commission; based on level and experience.
the refined
At ‘The Refined’ level, stylists are offering a broader range of services, moderate to high consistency, with strong consultation skills and retention.
Experience level is 2-5 years.
‘The Developing’ stylist earns a 52% commission and ‘The Established’ stylist earns 54% commission. Outside education is attended at least once a year.
the signature
At ‘The Signature’ level, stylists are offering personalized services to a loyal clientele, they’re seen as the go-to within the salon, and are contributing to team growth, education and inspiration.
Experience level is 5+ years.
With this level comes commissions ranging from 56-60% based on experience and responsibilities.
